ThetaBreathwork™ is a combination of ThetaHealing® + Breathwork and Hypnosis. It is a unique and powerful technique that will access your connection with source, with your subconscious and intuition - quieting down parts of the brain that are responsible for our belief system activation, or suffering, negative thinking and activating different parts of the brain, creating NEW INSIGHTS, NEW NEURO PATHWAYS, NEW IDEAS.

ThetaBreathwork™ is designed to access the theta state to transform subconscious beliefs and receive the intuitive guidance to take actions in alignment with your true self.

You not only access Theta brain waves but also stimulate different neuro chemical in your body.  (Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, anandamide, norepinephrine, nitric oxide, beta-endorphin). 

Yes and no. The ritual for the session (Lay down, sleep mask, breathing pattern, etc) is the same. However, what comes forward can be different from session to session. The material that surfaces in each session is different because we are stimulating different prompts, questions, and sensations. Sometimes we will focus on release, sometimes creativity, manifestation, attracting ideal clients, or whatever is what is best for you at that moment. 

When we breathe, whatever is present inside of us, whatever is present outside of us, whatever we have collected along the way, and whatever is ready to be revealed and healed, is what will evolve during the session. 

Through this guide, you will experience an intense journey that can unblock limitations and transform your perception of others and oneself. 

Therefore, for your breathwork session with Beatriz Boas, here are some important details:

👉 Make sure you are in a comfortable/cozy place, where it is possible to lay down and you won’t be disturbed;

👉 Bring a blanket and an eye mask/blindfold, it’s OK if you need to use a towel or t-shirt;

👉 Do not eat heavy foods at least 1 hour before the session;

👉 Make sure your computer/phone is set up in a way that Bea can see you laying down, she’ll be watching your belly and chest as you go through the session;

👉 Bring a notebook/blank paper to write down insights, ideas, or whatever you want.

Group sessions are usually based on a theme like “Purpose”, “Flow State and Creativity”, “Manifestation”, “Anxiety & Stress” etc. It can be very powerful and having a community to related to, so you can hear the experience not only from your perspective but learn what the experience was for others.

Group sessions can be packages of 1 specific sessions or a program with X session with a personalized journey for the group.

Private sessions are personalized and customized sessions. We work directly learning where are you at and where do you want to be/go. We connect deeply with you creating a transformative space for what you are going through in this present moment.

Private sessions is a journey. It is a deep journey of rebirthing in a new version of yourself. They are usually a minimum of 3-month journey to recreate the new you.

ThetaBreathwork™ has the ability to physiologically impact and shift your emotional state, so if you fall under any of these we strongly advise you to notify your breathwork guide and consult your physician for approval before any ThetaBreathwork™ practice.

Being present to meditation everyday during these 7 days will increase your right side brain’s activity that will increase your creativity, intuition and control of your emotions. It will open a new state of presence in your life, being able to touch parts of your being that you didn’t notice before. You will have a community of open minded people ready to support you in this journey. Everybody will be going through challenges and here will be a safe space where you can be vulnerable and face your fears. During these 7 days we will have some mindset activities to support in your self-awareness journey - putting you in touch with your heart, purpose and mind. 
It is time to expand this impact for free and get connected with people all around the world.

The challenge has 3 phases (phase 1 - awareness, phase 2 - removing blocks and phase 3 - creating visions) and you will have some tasks and tools to use in your own personal growth journey.

You’ll also have access to a Facebook group with an open minded group of people who will be engaged with you in this process. 

This formula accelerates trance-induced states to align our conscious goals and subconscious motivations for sustainable behavior change. The consistency of this practice allows us to shift our energy and create the life of our dreams.

It changes the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in our body making our blood more alkaline and therefore stimulating different regions of the brain. This allows us to quiet down the default mode network (the analytical and logical mind) and activate our subconscious mind - the storehouse of memories, information, beliefs, and values - to expand and make new creative connections.

All the meditations are recorded and they are available to you any time. 

You will choose the best hour of the day for you to pause for 30 minutes and do your meditation. 

You don’t have to, you get to have an amazing community to support you and to connect all around the world. If you are not a Facebook user like me, just use the group and check it some minutes a day. 

The guided meditation I do is unique and based on the experience I had. You will not find it in any other platform or space. If meditation is already a practice you have this is great and now you will be able to increase your energy frequency with other individuals vibrating in the same time and frequency as you - elevating your power and connection.
